On the left portion of your profile page, you'll see a pen icon beside your username. Select the icon, and edit your page. Another method is to go directly to the settingsâ€™ dropdown menu. Click your username and find â€˜Settingsâ€™ on the list. Click the arrow, and head to the â€˜Profile Settingsâ€™ to edit your page.
You can change your password on the â€˜Account Settingsâ€™. From the homepage, click your username on the top bar menu and select 'My Profile'. Youâ€™ll be redirected to the â€˜Profile Settingsâ€™ first, so select the â€˜Account Settingsâ€™ option on the left portion of the screen.
You can change your email address on the â€˜Profile Settingsâ€™, just below the field containing your full name. Enter your new email address on the given field. Registration and buying or selling sidelines are free at Rakuboss, but we receive a 5% commission for every successful transaction. The buyerâ€™s payment will be transferred to the seller after we deducted the 5% commission. We donâ€™t require additional fees for the transaction, but some banks or payment methods may charge you a deposit or withdrawal fee.
Yes, the buyer and seller may mutually or individually cancel their requests and transactions. One or two parties should submit a cancelation request for Rakuboss to review. Both parties will have to wait for the result.
Yes, you can absolutely negotiate your rate or offer. You can talk to your buyers or sellers through â€˜Inbox Messagesâ€™. You can directly contact them and negotiate. Other than that, you can also talk about the projectâ€™s deadline or revisions privately.
You can report buyers or sellers who are violating our terms and conditions to Rakubossâ€™ customer service support. You can send your reports at [email protected] or head to our support request form to contact us directly.
You can edit a sideline if you want to modify descriptions or change personal information. To do that, head to â€˜My Sidelinesâ€™ page and select the sideline you want to edit by clicking the arrow on the â€˜Actionsâ€™ tab. Find the edit button and click it. The current details of your sideline will appear on the page, free for you to update.
If youâ€™re fully loaded or have other sidelines to focus on, you can delete your active sidelines. To do that, head to â€˜My Sidelinesâ€™ page and choose the sideline you want to delete by clicking the arrow on the â€˜Actionsâ€™ tab. Below the edit button, youâ€™ll find the delete button. Rakuboss will automatically grant your request, so select the right sideline before you confirm the deletion of an item.
