Loyal sellers are the bread and butter of Rakuboss, so rest assured that we’ll give you excellent treatment. We highly encourage you to use our platform and join the seller ranking system to enjoy more perks and boost your profile’s credibility. There are four levels at the moment: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. You need to complete 4, 15, 35, and 50 individual orders to achieve each level, respectively. While you’re accumulating orders, make sure to keep your rating at 4.5 or higher.
You can edit a sideline if you want to modify descriptions or change personal information. To do that, head to ‘My Sidelines’ page and select the sideline you want to edit by clicking the arrow on the ‘Actions’ tab. Find the edit button and click it. The current details of your sideline will appear on the page, free for you to update.
If you’re fully loaded or have other sidelines to focus on, you can delete your active sidelines. To do that, head to ‘My Sidelines’ page and choose the sideline you want to delete by clicking the arrow on the ‘Actions’ tab. Below the edit button, you’ll find the delete button. Rakuboss will automatically grant your request, so select the right sideline before you confirm the deletion of an item.

Information About Buying

Yes, buyers can post rush requests as long as there are available freelancers who would accept the offer. Rakuboss, however, cannot guarantee that our freelancers can finish your job request within the given deadline. You need to directly contact our freelancers who are willing to take the job.

You can change your profile information on your ‘Profile Settings’ in two ways. For the first method, click your username on the top bar menu, then select 'My Profile'. On the left portion of your profile page, you'll see a pen icon beside your username. Select the icon, and edit your page. Another method is to go directly to the settings’ dropdown menu. Click your username and find ‘Settings’ on the list. Click the arrow, and head to the ‘Profile Settings’ to edit your page.
You can change your password on the ‘Account Settings’. From the homepage, click your username on the top bar menu and select 'My Profile'. You’ll be redirected to the ‘Profile Settings’ first, so select the ‘Account Settings’ option on the left portion of the screen.
You can change your email address on the ‘Profile Settings’, just below the field containing your full name. Enter your new email address on the given field. Once you’re done, scroll down and save your changes. For Rakuboss to recognize your new email address, verify it by confirming the email sent to your mail.
Rakuboss does not function as an e-commerce site. Instead, the site will serve as a middleman between sellers and buyers. For that reason, we require all members— both clients and freelancers—to submit a valid identification card upon registration to verify everyone’s identity and legitimacy. After your submission, it will take some time for Rakuboss to check if your personal information matches your profile information. You can utilize our services as a client or freelancer once approved.
Rakuboss is a one-stop marketplace for freelancers and clients. We are open to all sorts of jobs and projects that can be done through online communication, may it be local or overseas. You can find and sell jobs or projects based on our given categories.

The buyer’s payment will be transferred to the seller after we deducted the 6% commission. We process a refund for every successful cancelation. We only refund the money to the party who deserves it after a thorough investigation. The refunded amount will automatically go to the user’s remaining or existing credit on Rakuboss. Sellers are allowed to withdraw their rightful compensation after the transaction period, but buyers can only use the refunded funds as credits for future purchases.
Yes, you can absolutely negotiate your rate or offer. You can talk to your buyers or sellers through ‘Inbox Messages’. You can directly contact them and negotiate. Other than that, you can also talk about the project’s deadline or revisions privately.
